As of August 2005 as part of our "Newsletter modernization" we have switched to an html format via attachment to e-mail which is being widely praised over the prior text format for weekly updates. 

Can Not Send to Godaddy e-mail addresses
GoDaddy has always been impossible to get e-mail to and no response from their customer support. Only a problem if you have a godaddy e-mail address which few do. There is no current problems with other e-mail providers.

NEW SUBSCRIBERS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SENT THE MOST RECENT  ARCHIVE WITH THEIR INITIAL WELCOME MAILING. ALL SUBSCRIBERS CAN OBTAIN THE HUGE ACHIEVES BACK AS FAR AS 1998 UPON REQUEST. Archives will probably not reach hotmail/msn/godaddy users due to their vaporizing messages that look like spam, especially with sexual words.

Because of the need for fraud protection VISA/MC requires you name and billing address as shown in card and uses the AVC system to verify it is a legitimate account. Most all credit card charges on the web require this since we don't have the actual card to swipe. This information is kept totally private of course and not used for any purpose. The charge links are to secure servers of netbilling.com

NOTE: User Name and password are NOT USED for any purpose.  On the Private Discussion Board you do set up your id/pw but that does not come over via netbilling. You can use your e-mail address as both user name and password if you like.  But again since we don't tie into any website like most using netbilling while a username and password are required for you to set up it is used for absolutely no purpose.

For increased security there is no direct way to update your credit card or subscription options with Netbilling.  E-mail dave@davephx.com for any changes.

Subscription Auto-Renew, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:
Other than the One Month Only subscription, all subscriptions are "auto-renewing," meaning that we will bill your credit card each month, 3 months or annually on the anniversary of your subscription, until you cancel. If the calendar day on which you subscribed does not exist in the following periods, the billing date will be the date closest to the subscription anniversary date. You may cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges by E-mailing dave@davephx.com.

Cancellation At Our Option: We reserve the right to cancel any members subscription at any time. In 10 years of the private list as of 4/22/06 this has only occurred twice, based on the inappropriate behavior of a member. Violation of the required privacy agreement is cause for immediate termination including passing on the List to non-List members or situations like  "xxx" (in Phoenix)  who was expelled from the List for his dishonesty and harassing ladies on the List for free sex in return for reviews.  The other cancellation was for foul language and obnoxious behavior when seeing ladies and on the List.
