Phoenix/Tucson Private E-mail List Submit Review Form
REQUIRED PRIVACY AGREEMENT
By requesting to be on the private mailing list, under the penalty of perjury, I swear/affirm that:
"I am an adult over the age 21 and support the availability of intimacy and companionship services for all. I understand there is nothing illegal about the list or reviews which are protected by Free Speech of the U.S. Constitution. However I certify that I am not associated with any law enforcement agency and will keep private and confidential all information received from the Phoenix Private E-mail list. I will not in any way allow the information to be used by any authority that would attempt to entrap or restrict my rights as a consenting adult to the services of sex workers for companionship, massage, licensed escort or other legal services.
I am not affiliated with, associated with or participating in any capacity whatsoever with any law enforcement agency or investigative effort of any government agency or any media organization for the purpose of exposing the list in any public forum or news report. Instead, my choice to be on the private mailing list is a manifestation of my own personal interests in companionship which is, in my best judgment both healthy and normal. I acknowledge it would be civil fraud to use this list for any other purpose than for my own personal private use.
I will not reprint, upload to any web site, or distribute any information received from the list in any way and grant 'Dave in Phoenix" and Liberated Christians, Inc. all copyright rights to the material.
I understand that material contained in the mailings from the private list, is in no way intended to be a solicitation for prostitution or any illegal activity.
Whatever happens after the paid non sexual session is purely a matter of personal choice and personal preference between two consenting adults of a legal age and is NOT contracted for NOR is it requested to be contracted for or compensated for in ANY manner.
By submitting the form below, I am agreeing to and understand all of the above. In addition I will abide by the terms that are included at the end of every private list update. Dave in Phoenix may terminate my membership if I violate any terms of this agreement or the terms of the private list included with the list or for any reason.
Name is optional or use a screen name and will be kept private. E-mail is of course required.
