HOW TO SET UP A SCAM CASH & DASH AGENCY
First, train your girls how to "work" their customers for every last dollar possible, throwing aside any semblance of business etiquette in the process. For the purposes of this exercise, we're not talking about discussing price options, bargaining, or even negotiating -- the girls must be trained to be pushy and offensive, with the demeanor of a hardened New York street hustler trying to pawn merchandise in your face.

Second, teach your girls how to intimidate customers. Do this by training them to remain in absolute control (dominating) of every conversation, not so much as letting you get a word in, unless they so desire. The girls should be aggressive, rude, even holding up their hand to cover your mouth if you talk out of turn. Have them carry useless "legal release" forms in hand, drafted by an author with no apparent legal background -- and force clients to sign these documents, which of are no practical or technical value to either agency or client, on every visit. Regardless of the issue at hand, teach the girls to abuse the customer, and to scare him into submission.

Third, contract to hire big, tough guys as drivers to augment the pushy and intimidating girls. The guys should have both a low I.Q. and former criminal records -- and thus be willing to expose themselves to the legal threats of vandalism, breaking and entering, aggressive assault, trespass, etc. Have the tough guys drive separate vehicles from the girls, when going out on a call - to give the appearance that the girl came "without a driver". The tough guy can then park a little ways down the street, remaining out of view until the appropriate time comes for his participation in the scheme.

Lastly, roll the aforementioned team of professionals into the typical "agency" setup, attaching a catchy name, such as "AZ College Girls". Set up a web site at http://www.azcollegegirls.com. Pay a decent photographer a few thousand bucks to dress up the girls and make them look better than real life, on the web site. Run advertisements on the likes of Phoenix-Exotics (which supposedly screens against this type of outfit). Take out a few ads on Eros (more understandable), while you're at it. Get out there and kick the shit out of your clientele, scare them, work them for money, and hope nobody ever complains. Viola! It's a recipe that has worked for years. Or has it?

In the cash & dash department, AZ College Girls is the real deal. My first experience with them last week included an impressive display of prolific hustling and volatile mood swings by a certain "Jessica", the provider who was sent to my location, and even the requisite "big tough guy" working to kick in my door. When all was said and done, the owner of the business (who identified herself as "Rose") topped off the evening by relentlessly telephoning my number, demanding more money and "blaming" the failed visit on me, after her provider had already escaped with $300 of my money, after five minutes, in exchange for nothing.

Are these people stupid, insane, fearless, or a combination of all three?

As a participant in the local scene for years, I have easily spent upwards of $5,000 to $10,000 per month on the 'hobby' since the late 90's, and have never been hustled like I was by "Jessica" to date -- perhaps due to my careful screening through the likes of dave/TBD/and now TER.(Dave notes many TER reviews are fake or juiced up since not accepted if they are. Many providers will not take clients who mention TER since they expect more than the provider is willing to provide from fake juiced up reviews) But last week, thanks to the agency known as "azcollegegirls", I experienced my first C&D right here in Phoenix, and I was not amused.

An implicit requirement of trust and discretion is placed in the provider/agency's hands at the time that provider is selected by client, at the client's option, and out of what is an increasingly competitive environment. The provider, in turn, is expected to honor that trust, imparting discretion and respect through every stage of the transaction, in exchange for what is (particularly in my case) an intentionally uncharacteristic and often overly generous offer of compensation. Clients such as myself do not participate in this hobby because we "have" to; we CHOOSE to. It works both ways: The client must treat provider with a value system based on trust and respect; this requirement imposed on the client does not, in any way, offer an exemption from the same, or what may be an even HIGHER standard, for the provider/agency.

"Rose", and the women/thugs associated with her organized ring, apparently don't "get it". We, as the hobbyists which make these markets with our money, are the ones who decide who gets to participate, and who will be excluded. As evidenced by her apparent lack of concern and failure to address the issues, Rose fears nothing, and seems to feel that the aggressive nature of her organization ought to do well, in their line of work.

To the contrary, I argue that the mayhem/borderline violence inflicted by Rose's organization on it's clientele ought to spell the demise of the agency known as "AZ College Girls" before too long. They sure didn't hesitate to make a stink in my neighborhood, and my two neighbors both work in law enforcement -- who knows what other circumstances Rose's group will walk into without even thinking twice.

In summary, it's a shame that certain of these agencies are able to pad the message boards with seemingly innocent positive reviews of their providers, and successfully trick legitimate, reasonable clients such as myself into falling for their antics. Hopefully through time, the Internet will permit a more rapid dissemination and exchange of information about organizations such as this one. In the meantime, the criminal-minded operators of agencies such as this one ought to take notice that not every client will tolerate mistreatment, or be scared into "keeping quiet" about a proverbial traveling circus/organized crime ring such as "AZ College Girls".

10/14/01 Phoenix Escort stabbed to death.
As reported in AZ Republic:
Kimberly Rowe, 35, an escort, was stabbed to death by a large military combat knife to the chest in the 2700 block of West Sahuaro Drive about 9:15pm Friday night.

Police arrested Gene Foret, 51, who became abusive over whether or not they were going to have sex.

Kimberly fled the apartment in her underwear followed by Foret, who stabbed her, police said.
